What is Literacy?
Literacy is defined as listening, speaking, reading, writing and critical thinking interwoven with the knowledge of social and cultural practices.
What is Numeracy?
Numeracy involves all types of measurement, distance, time, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and currency in numeric, alpha or symbol forms.
What is Technology?
The Learning Centre can help you with your hardware:
- Voice Recorder
- Facsimile (Fax)
We can also help you with software:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher)
- Geni - Your own family tree.

We work with students individually, then when, (or if) you are ready to know more we can work in small groups.
